Job Summary

Sr. Python Developer is an Expert Individual with Analytics Skills to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Python-based solutions for data analysis and interpretation. Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to extract insights from complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
The candidate should an expert Individual to conceptualize, develop and deploy advanced analytics products & services for data driven decision making using python programming framework.

Role/Responsibilities

• Develop Python scripts and applications for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
• Sr Python Developer with strong programming skills, to be able to build scripts and applications for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
• Implement statistical models and algorithms using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical models and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of data analytics and actively contribute to the team's knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into existing systems or develop new applications as needed.
• Document code, methodologies, and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of Python programming language and its libraries.

Additional Qualifications

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and modeling using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality code.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is desirable.
