Job Summary

Human Capital Specialist is a passionate Individual who could own and drive specific activities and projects across HR functions like recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, rewards, and employee relations etc.
The primary responsibility includes owning complete recruitment life cycle for targeted job families as per business priorities / strategic plan from recruit, support, train, and enable them for various departments or projects. In addition, the individual needs to be an enthusiast who carries flexibility & agility across other Human resources related functions and delivers time bound & goal driven outcomes.
This role works closely with Intrics leadership team to articulate demanding needs and would drive the cause of hiring exceptional talent at the right time & cost by effectively leveraging a mix of talent sourcing channels & methods.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various positions at all levels.
  • Collaborate & Partner with Talent Acquisition suppliers as well as internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand priorities to fulfill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
  • Leverage internal resources and toolsets to capitalize organizations investment for faster results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to functional managers and interview teams to guide and implement an effective and efficient interview process.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Participate in diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Intrics by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles.
  • Leverage efficient tools & methodologies to track candidate progress through funnel and keep consistent, accurate & clean data for management reporting on overall hiring process.
  • Monitor overall effectiveness of Talent Development programs and services by monitoring key talent metrics to identify and analyze people related issues, root causes, and possible levers for solutions.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with related experience in recruitment field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment/HR professional with a good understanding of technology domains such as software & product development, Cloud Engineering, Data Science & Data Analytics etc.

Additional Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing company.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions.
  • Strong Excel or MS 365 Office suite skills.
  • Excellent candidate management capabilities, including managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to offer.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape with knowledge of the latest tools and technologies used in the industry.
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible to deal with ambiguity and be adaptable to rapid change.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and methodologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Search or other similar capabilities.
