Job Summary

The Technical Lead is primarily responsible for the technical leadership of one or more specific application development teams including software architecture, front-end and back-end design, providing technical guidance, management of sprint planning/commitments, providing mentorship, and ensuring that developers are not blocked in their development tasks. You will work with architects, analysts, data scientists, service designers, process engineers, and peer developers both in India and the US to translate customer opportunities, needs, feedback and technology capabilities into scalable, resilient, and efficient customer-centric services. You will lead development of end-to-end solutions to help us better serve our platform customers.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designs, development and maintenance of enterprise-wide web applications using ASP.Net, C# with strong OOPs concept, .NET Framework 4.7 Above, .Net Core 3.1 Above, Solid Principals, Rest/Web API, LINQ, asynchronous programming, AJAX, HTML, and CSS, Entity Framework, Odata API,.
  • Must have experience in all stages of the development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, code review and testing.
  • Must have hands on experience on design patterns,
  • Coordinates with US software architects for overall design and standards
  • Coordinates with US business stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met.
  • Should be adaptable to US time zone whenever required to have meetings with onshore counterparts.
  • Deep experience working on Agile teams and extensive familiarity with all Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience developing applications using test-driven development and mocking frameworks.
  • Keeps current with new technologies and software methodologies related to the Microsoft software development platform.
  • Assist in the mentoring of junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • GIT for source control
  • OAUTH authentication and Azure Libraries
  • Azure DevOps for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading application software development
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive application development using C#, .NET Framework 4.7 Above, .Net core 3.7 above, Web API, LINQ, asynchronous programming, AJAX, HTML, and CSS, Entity Framework, Odata API,
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing back-end solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience with client-side technology (Angular 10+, TypeScript, and RXJS).
  • Experience with Azure services that would include App Services and other PaaS
  • Experience working on Agile teams, Agile product management, processes, familiarity with all Agile ceremonies and principles
  • Experience developing applications using test-driven development and mocking frameworks.
  • Understanding of Dependency Injection/Inversion of Control.
  • Experience working with following is preferred:
  1. Front-end state models
  2. Microsoft Azure Service Bus
  3. SQL Server 2016
